My husband and I recently went out of town and boarded our two doggies with Fay. Let me just say she is amazing!!! I am always skeptical of trying new places out for my boys but Fay and her husband did not disappoint. She sent me daily text updates with photos of my boys, Barclee and Melman. They both had an immediate connection with her as she approaches her care with genuine love and attention. Her facilities are immaculately clean and safe. My dogs are smaller so they were separated from the bigger dogs and even had their own yard to play in. They were set up in a suite with a TV. Overall their services were wonderful and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Fay for loving my boys as much as I do.

Listen when I say… I will never go anywhere else but here for my dog. Fay and her husband are the best ever!! My dog loves them, they send me endless pictures while I’m gone. Nahla love to go over there. Honestly the best decision ever they treat your dog like there own. Very affordable and no hidden or extra fees unlike Petsmart! Save money, time and get pictures all the time when you got to Fay’s Loving Day Care. The name says it all.

Last weekend I was in urgent need of a dog sitter and was searching for places on Yelp when I came across Fay! First of all, she was super responsive and helpful with my questions. My dog is a bit on the older side so she needs a little extra attention and additional bathroom breaks. She was understanding and said it was totally fine. All she needed was some food for her and we were all set. While I was away she kept me updated with pictures of my dog. She looked so happy and I was very relieved she was with someone who was truly taking care of her. I also need to mention that I was supposed to be back in town by 2 to pick her up but I didn’t get back until 7! I let her know what was going on and she was very understanding. I would recommend leaving your pet with Fay if you want someone who truly loves dogs and provides them with the care they need!

We had Fay watch out very senior cat (17 years old ) for 4 days and it was wonderful.
Our cat needs medicine twice a day so we have to be particular with who we leave her with.
As soon as I met Fay I knew she would be in good hands and that we could trust her to take care of our cat as if it was her own.
We got multiple daily updates and pictures, which made us feel even more comfortable.
We will definitely be having Fay watch her again.
It was such a stress-free experience, definitely worth every penny.
5.0 star rating 2/8/2021Had the most amazing experience with Fay’s loving Pet Care. My Julie is an older pit I’ll mix who requires a lot more accommodations and Fay had no problem doing so! She gave her a private room, fed her the special meals I gave her, and sent me photos and texts to keep me posted every day that I was gone! I can’t imagine leaving Julie with anyone else! Fay has become like extended family, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She opens up her home and takes care of your fur-children like her own. Thank you Fay and David!!!

Having Fay look over our two fur babies was a godsend. We tend to travel with our dogs, but this time around it wouldn’t have been possible. Communication with Fay prior to scheduling was easy. She was so hospitable via phone, as she was in person. We would receive daily (morning and afternoon/evening) pics and videos of our doggies daily escapades, which put us at ease a lot. It was so great to see our dogs happy and being free in Fay’s place. For sure we are returning; i bet our dogs will love to see them again for sure. Highly recommended!

Fay and her husband were amazing! I rarely leave my dog anywhere, but had to leave town for the evening. I had seen a different place that had similar prices, but with Fay my dog Lola had the most 1 on 1 attention and that was what I was looking for. This was my first time leaving any pets in a pet hotel. My current dog is a crazy energetic Corgi puppy and is quite a handful. This hotel was THE BEST decision I’ve ever made. Faye was extremely attentive and sweet. As a first time customer she answered all my questions and has a genuine love for dogs. Their space is large with an outdoor patio for puppies. I was sent regular updated pictures of my pup during his entire stay. Very much recommended and we will definitely be back!!

Fay and her husband are AMAZING. I was super nervous to leave my newly adopted 1 year old Italian greyhound chihuahua mix somewhere over night as she is extremely shy / timid and wasn’t passing her temperament test at other places because of this. Fay and her husband spent 50 minutes giving me a tour of their beautiful home and all the amenities for the dogs. She put my baby Korra inside her own room where she was constantly played with and they slowly introduced one dog at a time to her. Eventually she was fine on her own being around all the dogs which I saw through the cute pics Fay would send me every hour or so as an update. I HIGHLY recommend.

For the 7 years I’ve had my dog, I’ve been fortunate enough to have family watch him when my husband and I have gone away on vacation. Because that wasn’t a convenient option for our last trip, I began frantically searching for boarding options, a few months in advance. I stumbled upon Fay’s Loving Pet Care from a Google search, and after 30 seconds on the phone, I knew Fay (and her husband, David) was the right choice. She probably sensed my fears and immediately put me at ease, telling me to come by in advance to view their home facility. She told me to bring “my baby” with me so that he could get to know them, too. Brodie has separation anxiety and hasn’t usually been well behaved around other dogs. Fay shared multiple pictures, daily, including several of Brodie just hanging out, relaxing with other dogs. Fay’s Loving Pet Care isn’t just a business; it’s truly a loving home where your 4-legged baby will be cared for like they are family.

I will never leave my dogs anywhere else. Fay & David are the most incredibly loving & attentive sitters. I was hesitant at first because their yelp doesn’t have the most reviews, but one phone call with Fay completely fixed that. Once we left the dogs, I received multiple pictures/updates throughout the days we were gone. My dogs need medicine & every morning and night at 8 on the dot I got a picture of them getting their meds/food. The girls had their own private suite with a tv, heater, toys, anything they’d ever need. Not to mention, their pricing can’t be beat. We are so happy we found Fay to look after our dogs. We have two sweet but rambunctious terriers and we have previously put them in a kennel when traveling, but they ended up being in small rooms and getting bored. With Fay they have a comfortable home environment and plenty of exercise and, most importantly, lots of love and attention. The dogs came home exhausted (in a good way) and were so excited to go back. And she is very reasonably priced. We couldn’t be more pleased with Fay’s care!

Let’s start by saying I don’t trust anyone with my babies. I have 3 rescue chihuahuas and one of them is very skiddish , scared of people – he ran away from our last sitters house. I left them with Fay because I had to go on a work trip and I was so happy I did ! Throughout the whole time I was gone , Fay updated me with photos and videos of them playing in her beautiful yard, her house is perfect for dogs , and so safe. My babies were happy – they didn’t even seem to miss me !! Every time they see Fay now they run toward her wagging their tails and truing to jump on her lap. She’s amazing and a true dog whisperer. She truly loves animals and is passionate about what she does. I would leave my babies with Fay an day! She’s also charges a fare price – and believe me – your dog will not be left alone – she plays and entertains them the whole time !!

Fay’s pet care services has exceeded our expectations. We have two dogs, a large and a small doggy. We were leaving for San Diego for 2 nights and were very nervous to leave our fur babies.
